It works
I have been taking it for a few weeks but I have noticed it since the first pill. I take it half an hour before going to bed and it's a godsend, I still wake up once in a while during the night, but less and less. It does work for me, it has improved my sleep. The tablet is very easy to take. I am very happy with this product, I highly recommend it.
Llevo tomándolo unas semanas pero lo he notado desde la primera pastilla. Lo tomo media hora antes de ir a la cama y es mano de santo, me sigo despertando alguna que otra vez durante la noche, pero cada vez menos. Si que me funciona, ha mejorado mi sueño. El comprimido es muy facil de tomar. Estoy contenta con este producto, muy recomendable.
