Meets expectations
I take this melatonin occasionally, on days when I find it difficult to fall asleep or I am very active. It works as intended, although it also depends a lot on each person, since sometimes even taking it I do not get to sleep as fast as I would like. Even so, it is a good product.
Tomo esta melatonina de forma puntual, en días en los que me cuesta conciliar el sueño o me encuentro muy activa. Cumple lo previsto aunque también depende mucho de cada persona, ya que a veces incluso tomándola no logro dormirme tan rápido como quisiera. Aún así es un buen producto.

It is quite effective at bedtime...the downside is that they are 1.8mg tablets and sometimes a single dose may not be enough.
