Good but b6 is left over
Good melatonin, at least it works for me to sleep better (i.e. to have a deeper sleep, with fewer awakenings - remember that this is not an Orfidal, it will not help you sleep if you are stressed for example) and the price is good, BUT I do not understand what sense it makes to put that brutal amount of vitamin B6, 900% of the RDA ... ok it is water soluble and in principle there is no risk of side effects as it is eliminated in the urine, but we are making the kidney work unnecessarily and gives the urine a rather unpleasant stench... I see that you have other presentations of melatonin but all have the same amount (or more!) of B6, a shame
Buena melatonina, al menos a mí me funciona para dormir mejor (o sea para tener un sueño más profundo, con menos despertares - recordemos que esto no es un Orfidal, no te va a ayudar a dormir si estás estresado por ejemplo) y el precio es bueno, PERO no entiendo qué sentido tiene meter esa cantidad brutal de vitamina B6, un 900% la CDR... vale que es hidrosoluble y en principio no hay riesgo de efectos secundarios ya que se elimina por la orina, pero estamos haciendo trabajar al riñón innecesariamente y le da a la orina un tufo bastante desagradable... veo que tenéis otras presentaciones de melatonina pero todas tienen la misma cantidad (¡o más!) de B6, una pena
