I was having problems with my partner in bed lately, and looking for products on the internet I found this one, and it was highly recommended. For libido I have noticed it, more or less 3 - 4 days after starting to take it, one capsule every morning with breakfast. As for energy and recovery, as I do strength training and mountain biking, I have not noticed practically nothing.
