Highly recommended

I recommend it 100%, I started taking it because of very tired eyes, when I got home at night I could not even watch TV, the sunlight bothered me a lot, at night I had a hard time driving because of the flashes of other cars. All that I no longer have, I no longer use sunglasses, which before I could not go out without them on. I have to say that it has even improved my eyesight, I've been wearing one a day for 3 years now, and I'm not going to give it up. For macula is the best thing there is, you have to protect your eyesight, so many cell phones and computers are not leaving the eyes very damaged. It is not something that you are going to notice with the first intake, you have to give it time, in my case more than 2 months, but the effects are amazing.

Lo recomiendo 100 % , lo empece a tomar por la vista muy cansada , cuando llegaba a casa por las noches ya no podia ni ver la tele , la luz del sol me molestaba muchisimo , por las noches me costaba lo suyo conducir por los destellos de los otros coches . Todo eso ya no lo tengo ,ya no uso gafas de sol , cosa que antes no podia salir sin ellas puestas. He de decr que me ha mejorado hasta la vista , llevo uno 3 años con 1 al dia , y no me lo pienso dejar . Para la mácula es lo mejor que hay , hay que proteger la vista , tantos moviles y ordenadores no estan deja los ojos muy perjudicados. No es una cosa que vais a notar con la primera toma , hay que darle tiempo , en mi caso mas de 2 meses , pero los efectos son sorprendentes .
