For all those who work long hours exposed to screens and who have blurred and tired eyesight, it improves things a lot. I've taken it and continue to take it, although I'm looking for a supplement that has 20mg of lutein but 2mg of zeaxanthin per capsule, as the combination of these dosages is more effective.
