Perfect for eye health
I spend many, many hours a day looking at screens (smartphone and computer). I have eyestrain and I usually take some drops from time to time that my ophthalmologist recommended for dry eyes in extreme cases. And with this supplement I must say that it is excellent, because its effects are noticeable.

We have been taking it for years in our family, and it works very well, only my diopters have increased a little bit, and I think it is because of lutein, the capsules that I ask for bring 20mg of lutein each, if it is true that they could add a little more zeaxanthin, the taste is neutral.
Hace años que la tomamos toda la familia, y nos va muy bien, solamente me han aumentado las dioptrías un poquito, y creo que es por luteína, las cápsulas que yo pido traen 20mg de luteína cada una, si es verdad que le podían añadir un pelín más de zeaxantina, el sabor es neutro.

I work in front of the computer every day and I have noticed a change for the better, I have only had half a bottle and it is not conclusive but I think it benefits me. The capsules are the right size and have no taste.

A necessary product to keep the eyesight in good condition, a pity it is not a little more powerful and even better if it could carry axtasantine which is quite expensive but it would be good to abuse less of so many capsules, even if the price was a little high.

Good results. A few days after taking it I start to notice its effect, in general my eyesight is more rested and sharper. Possibly it is the compound, as I also notice improvement with the other HSN lutein pills. Both are good products.

For all those who work long hours exposed to screens and who have blurred and tired eyesight, it improves things a lot. I've taken it and continue to take it, although I'm looking for a supplement that has 20mg of lutein but 2mg of zeaxanthin per capsule, as the combination of these dosages is more effective.
Para todos aqueles que trabalham longas horas expostos aos ecrãs e que têm a vista turva e cansada, melhora bastante. Já tomei e continuo a tomar, apesar de procurar um suplemento que tenha 20mg de luteína mas com 2mg de zeaxantina por cápsula, pois a junção destas dosagens tem maior eficácia.
