Surprised

It is the first time I take this supplement, and surprised, from the first day you notice the "soothing" effect without losing concentration or activation, do not sedate you let's go....I take one in the morning with matcha tea or coffee (as I give the day) and one at night with melatonia....and hey.... I get up more calm (and that I am one of those who goes twice to the bathroom to drink plenty of water during the day) and I have improved sleep maintenance. Highly recommended.

Es la primera vez que tomo este suplemento, y sorprendido, desde el primer día notas el efecto "apaciguador" sin perder concentración o activación, no te seda vamos....tomo una por la mañana con el té matcha o el café (según me dé el día) y una por la noche con melatonia....y oye....me levanto más sosegado (y eso que soy de los que va dos veces al baño por beber mucha agua por el día) y he mejorado el mantenimiento del sueño. Muy recomendable.
