It is the first time I take this supplement, and surprised, from the first day you notice the "soothing" effect without losing concentration or activation, do not sedate you let's go....I take one in the morning with matcha tea or coffee (as I give the day) and one at night with melatonia....and hey.... I get up more calm (and that I am one of those who goes twice to the bathroom to drink plenty of water during the day) and I have improved sleep maintenance. Highly recommended.
