Good choice if you don't like the taste of arginine. However, the capsule is quite large. I personally prefer it in powder form with no additives.

Buena opción si no te gusta el sabor de la arginina. No obstante, la cápsula es bastante grande. Personalmente la prefiero en polvo sin añadidos.
