Good dose. good price

I have been taking them for a long time and no complaints. Two capsules a week (essential supplementation for vegans) and I forget about it. There are a lot of them and the price is super economical compared to other brands.

Llevo tiempo tomándolas y ninguna queja. Dos cápsulas a la semana (imprescindible suplementación para personas veganas) y me olvido. Vienen muchas y el precio es super económico comparado con otras marcas.

Excellent b 12 in capsule and not in tablet form. i personally open the capsule and empty the contents into a glass of water to absorb it better. and tasteless and makes lacqua pink

Ottima b 12 in capsula e non in pastiglia. io personalmente apro la capsula e svuoto il contenuto in un bicchiere d'acqua per assorbirla meglio. e' insapore e rende l'acqua rosa
