Works but at high doses
Ginkgo biloba works but the doses normally used do not produce noticeable effects. In scientific studies, very high doses have been used with beneficial effects on memory, mood, cognitive function, etc. and without side effects. In my case I take between 2 and 4 capsules a day.
El ginkgo biloba funciona pero las dosis que se usan normalmente no llegan a producir efectos notables. En estudios científicos se han llegado a utilizar dosis muy altas con efectos beneficiosos en la memoria, estado de ánimo, función cognitiva, etc. y sin efectos secundarios. I have been seasonally taking ginkgo biloba for a few years now to help me with the circulation in my legs, especially in summer when they get a bit heavy. I found this one, which is very good value for money and I am trying it out.
