Good natural diuretic although I also notice some help with digestion, I don't know if it's just me.

Good diuretic

It is not a very striking change to take it but it does its job. It is a good sports supplement.

Draining

Excellent purifier. I noticed a slight increase from diuresis. I just started I think in the long run it is even more effective.
