Good complementary support

I started taking this supplement to support liver detoxification and help regulate satiety and glucose levels on my keto diet and intermittent fasting. Its incredibly helpful in making me feel calmer and more satisfied after the end of my eating window. Its a perfect complement to milk thistle and coenzyme Q10. Ill continue taking it and recommend it.

I prefer them sautéed with white wine and garlic, but they are also great for the liver, triglycerides and those little things of aging.
