Mixed feelings.
The quality/price ratio is unquestionably good, as is the bottle it comes in. With respect to the pills they are quite small which makes them easy to swallow and although it should be the same it doesn't feel the same as when you drink a good coffee before training. It's probably more mental than anything else but that's my personal feeling.
