Not what I expected
I really started taking it and I don't feel much of a change from when I didn't. I don't take it every day, only when I go training. I don't take it every day, only when I go to train, but I was expecting something more.
Realmente empecé a tomarla y no es que sienta demasiado cambio a cuando no lo hacia. No la tomo todos los días, solo cuando voy a entrenar, pero esperaba algo más.
