I wish they were capsules
They came as a gift in an order I placed and I find them to be of very good quality, especially for those who don't like to drink coffee. However, personally, I have a hard time swallowing this type of hard, uncoated tablets (I wish it was the soft capsule format), so I wouldn't order them.
Me vinieron de regalo en un pedido que hice y me parecen de una calidad buenísima, sobre todo para los que no les gusta tomar café. Sin embargo, personalmente, me cuesta mucho tragar este tipo de pastillas duras y sin recubrimiento (ojalá fuera el formato de cápsulas blandas), por lo que no las pediría.

It is always a good choice to take in the morning/afternoon if you want to do a workout with extra energy and feel like you can handle anything. I would not recommend taking it later than 17:00 as its effect is quite long lasting.
