Being used to caffeine, I don't get as much of an effect or the tingle that others say. I do notice a boost in the last sets.

One of the best products I've tried, I take one in the morning and I notice right away that I'm more focused on everything but without the tremors that coffee usually gives me, a mild but immediate effect.

Few products I have taken that help me as much in training as this one, and for a super economical price. That said, it is not advisable to abuse it. I take three quarters of a pill twice a week.
