Quick and easy energy
I use them especially when I need a boost of energy at work or to study when I have had a regular rest. I also tried them (badly on my part because after 6 o'clock it is not recommended to take them) for a work dinner that I had 0 desire to go to because I was exhausted, and I held up perfectly.
Las uso sobretodo cuando necesito un chute de energía en el trabajo o para estudiar cuando he descansado regular. I advise testing it in training and not directly in competition. It does have evidence of performance enhancement, but depending on the person, it may cause the opposite effect to the one sought.
