Good to give a little energy but I'm used to pre-workouts but it doesn't do much for me although it is a way to control the amount of caffeine you take.

A must in my pre-workout.
I always take it 10 minutes before each WOD, I usually take 2 pills because of the formula of 3 to 6 mg per body weight, this if you are already somewhat accustomed to caffeine, if you are not better start with a single pill.
Lo tomo siempre 10 minutos antes de cada WOD, suelo tomar 2 pastillas debido a la fórmula de 3 a 6 mg por peso corporal, esto si estás ya algo acostumbrado a la cafeína, si no los estás mejor empezar por una sola pastilla.
