Good product
Well, it works very well for me, it doesn't make me as alert as I thought it would, but it increases my body heat, making me sweat a lot.

Useless fat burner
I have been in a calorie deficit since April, with a high protein diet, a weight training routine and increasing my NEAT more and more. I was looking for a fat burner to help me finish sticking the skin to my abdomen and I was hoping that Raspberry Ketones would help me in my goal. I must say that it has not helped me at all. I take 2 capsules a day (one at breakfast and one at pre-workout) and I don't notice any increase in body temperature, nor have I increased the rate of fat burning.
Llevo desde Abril en déficit calórico, con una alimentación alta en proteínas, una rutina de musculación y aumentando el NEAT cada vez más. Buscaba un quema grasas para ayudarme a acabar de pegar la piel al abdomen y esperaba que las Cetonas de Frambuesa me ayudasen en mi objetivo. Debo decir que no me ha servido para nada. Tomo 2 cápsulas al día (una en el desayuno y otra en el pre-entreno) y no noto ningún aumento en la temperatura corporal, ni que haya aumentado el ritmo de quema de grasa.
