I was not convinced.
The tablets are very large and you have to take many so it is a good contribution but they are difficult to take and more if you take more supplements. Better in another format.
Las pastillas son muy grandes y hay que tomar muchas por lo que sí es un buen aporte pero son difíciles de tomar y más si tomas más complementos. Mejor en otro formato.
