Immediate effect
I bought them for my mother and grandmother because of their high calcium and magnesium content, which is necessary for calcium absorption, and the extra vitamin D is a plus in their favor. You have it all in one pill and it is very practical. Although it is true that the tablet is a bit big, you can always break it in half and take it little by little. Both of them have noticed a positive effect in just a few doses.
Las compré para mi madre y mi abuela debido a su gran aporte de calcio y de magnesio que es necesario para que se pueda absorber el calcio y además el aporte extra de vitamina D es un plus a su favor. Lo tienes todo en una sola pastilla y es muy práctico. Aunque es cierto que la pastilla es un poco grande, siempre se pueden partir por la mitad y tomárselas poco a poco. Las dos han notado un efecto positivo en tan solo unas pocas de tomas.
