I have always been quite immune to caffeine and due to a medication I take daily I tend to be sleepier than usual. I always drink a large, strong coffee with milk in the mornings, but since I work all day and go to the gym in the afternoon I sometimes feel sleepy, so I take two pills and great, I don't get tachycardias or problems of any kind. With one I haven't noticed much unfortunately, but it's probably just me.
Soy bastante inmune a la cafeína desde siempre y debido a una medicación que tomo diariamente suelo tener más sueño que de costumbre. Me tomo siempre un café con algo de leche bastante grande y cargado por las mañanas, pero al trabajar durante todo el día e ir por la tarde al gym pues a veces tengo sueño, por lo que me tomo dos pastillas y genial, no me da taquicardias ni problemas de ningún tipo. Con una no he notado gran cosa por desgracia, pero seguramente será cosa mía.

I used it for that time after teeth whitening when you can't drink coffee. Very good, it has been great for me, although I miss coffee a lot. You can't have everything.
