Too much for me
I have the problem that stimulants tend to lower or raise my blood pressure, if they work for me but they are too much, so if you are someone who uses caffeine and it works I assure you that it will give you that shot, however in my case I must not be very tolerant to the sensation and I do not like it very much, that said in summary, if it works and if it does what it has to do.
Tengo el problema de que los estimulantes me suelen bajar o subir la tensión, si me funcionan pero se exceden, por lo tanto si eres alguien que usa cafeína y que le funciona te aseguro que te va a dar ese chute, sin embargo en mi caso no debo ser muy tolerante a la sensación y no me gusta mucho, dicho esto en resumen, si funciona y si hace lo que tiene que hacer.

It obviously works. The only drawback is when it comes in pills instead of regular pills, because the latter you can split to regulate the dosage.

A supplement that should not be missed. It has a very convenient format. The pills are very easy to ingest and does not give that punch that we may lack to cope with physical activity. From time to time you have to stop taking it so as not to generate adaptability to caffeine but a week or two is enough.
Suplemento que no debería faltar. Tiene un formato muy cómodo. las pastillas son muy fáciles de ingerir y no da ese punch que tal vez nos falte para hacer frente a una actividad física.
