Perfect to start the day
When I don't have time to make myself a coffee or I'm out and about and I need an energy boost it comes in handy, it really works and I feel more active, take it carefully and don't overdo it, I only take 1 a day maximum as it can be very easy to overdo it with other drinks such as tea.
