They are as effective as the ones I used to buy at the pharmacy of another brand that had less quantity and were much more expensive. Since I have been taking them I have noticed a great improvement. Of course, you have to be consistent and take them every day. I have recommended them to other members of my family and they have also mentioned that they are happy with their effectiveness and price. They are not very large so they are easy to swallow.
Son tan efectivas como las que compraba en la farmacia de otra marca que tenía menos cantidad y eran mucho más caras. Desde que las tomo he notado una gran mejoría. Eso sí, hay que ser constante y tomárselas todos los días. Se las he recomendado a otros miembros de mi familia y también me han mencionado que están contentas con su efectividad y su precio.
