I spent many early mornings awake, I could not sleep, and since I started taking it I sleep full nights, my husband told me that I even stopped snoring, I had a hard time when I went to the bathroom, I did every 2 or 3 days, now every morning, I suffered from migraines every month and after I started taking it the headaches went away, it has been a great change. I recommend it.
Pasé muchas madrugadas despierta, no podía dormir, y desde que empecé a tomarlo duermo noches completas, mi esposo me dijo que hasta dejé de roncar, me costaba mucho cuando iba al baño, hacía cada 2 o 3 días, ahora cada mañana, sufría de migrañas cada mes y después de empezar a tomarlo los dolores de cabeza se fueron, ha sido un gran cambio. Lo recomiendo.

Good value for money
Easy to swallow capsules. Good concentration of elemental magnesium. Ideal that it is bisglycinate, but to improve it I would include other types of magnesium in it such as maltate or taurate. I will buy again.

It can be found in cheaper formats but this formulation is more bioavailable than others, so it is better absorbed, has many benefits especially to fall asleep and improve anxiety. The capsules are not the small ones, and have no aftertaste. It is the second order that arrives in 24 hours, when before it was two or three days, I was very surprised by the speed, so everything perfect.
