Very good choice, and excellent value for money. I have studied the subject and apparently citrate and bisglycinate are the 2 sources of magnesium with the highest bioavailability, until now I was taking another brand with a mixture of sources, but I decided to try this one.

At first I bought magnesium citrate because after hard workouts I had nervous twitches in my muscles, but it was very bad for my stomach. With bisglycinate it is very good and helps me to sleep.
