Relaxing to sleep
It has helped me to sleep a lot. I used to take melatonin but since taking this product I am relaxed and sleep better than ever. It tastes practically nothing and regulates sleep very well.
Me ha ayudado mucho a dormir. Antes tomaba melatonina pero desde que tomo este producto estoy relajada y duermo mejor que nunca. No sabe prácticamente a nada y regula muy bien el sueño.
