One of the best magnesium supplements
Biscyglinate along with malate are much more bioavailable than the magnesium salt forms so they compensate even if the price is somewhat higher than the latter. Biscyglinate in particular is perfect for the nervous system and helps improve sleep quality.

Magnesium capsules
I personally didn't like swallowing the capsules. They're a bit bulky and hard to swallow, even after drinking plenty of water I feel uncomfortable digesting them. As for the effect, I didn't notice much of a difference.
Pessoalmente não gostei da ingestão das cápsulas. São um pouco volumosas e custam a passar na garganta, mesmo depois de beber bastante água sinto desconforto ao digerir.
Quanto ao efeito não notei grande diferença.

Good product
I've been taking these pills for a week now, and so far I'm happy, they don't affect my stomach. You have to take two pills, but it is better than powder because the taste is not very good.
Llevo una semana tomando estás pastillas, y de momento estoy contenta, no me afectan al estómago.
Hay que tomar dos pastillas eso sí, pero es mejor que polvos porque el sabor no es muy bueno.
