I have purchased it several times, it is a must have. It is one of the best forms of magnesium supplement, although it depends on what you are looking for. If you tend to be constipated, maybe another form of magnesium will help you more. I take two capsules daily, one with breakfast and one with dinner. HSN's value for money is unbeatable.
Lo he comprado varias veces, es un imprescindible. Es de las mejores formas de suplemento de magnesio, aunque depende de lo que busques. Si tiendes al estreñimiento, quizá otra forma de magnesio te ayude más. Tomo dos cápsulas diarias, una con el desayuno y otra con la cena. Relación calidad-precio de HSN imbatible.

Good formulation that allows greater absorption than other forms of magnesium. I take 3 capsules daily and some more in the days before menstruation and the truth is that I do very well, I feel much less tired, I sleep better and I have almost no menstrual cramps. A basic!
