Important mineral for the strengthening and maintenance of bones in good condition, ideal to take together with hsn hydrolyzed collagen and hsn vitamin C.
I bought this supplement to combine it with the hydrolyzed collagen powder and the vitamin C supplement in capsules that I received as a gift from HSN. These 3 elements taken together act synergistically and enhance the action and effect of each of them, especially in tissues such as skin, bones and joints. There is no doubt of the benefits it brings to these tissues as I have been able to verify with the use of the same together with the 2 supplements mentioned above of hydrolyzed collagen powder and vitamin C in capsules.
Compré este suplemento para combinarlo con el colágeno hidrolizado en polvo y el suplemento de vitamina C en cápsulas que recibí a modo de regalo de HSN. Estos 3 elementos tomados de manera conjunta actúan de forma sinérgica y potencian la acción y efecto de cada uno de ellos, sobre todo en tejidos como la piel, huesos y articulaciones. No hay duda de los beneficios que aporta a estos tejidos según he podido comprobar con el uso del mismo junto a los 2 suplementos mencionados de colàgeno hidrolizado en polvo y vitamina C en cápsulas.

Good supplement
Good value for money. Good way to consume magnesium, the tablet is large, but can be emptied without problem. If there is anything left in it you close it again, tap it, lightly, closed so that the powder is released and it comes out without any problem.
Buena relación calidad-precio. Buena forma de consumir magnesio, la pastilla es grande, pero se pueden vaciar sin problema. Si queda algo dentro de ella la cierras de nuevo, la golpeas, ligeramente, cerrada para que se suelte el polvo y sale sin problema ya.

I like this format, it is small in quantity, and studies say that this type of magnesium is effective. To me the capsules seem a bit big so I empty them and take them. The quality/price ratio is very good.
