Justo empecé a tomarla me equivoqué normalmente compraba la complex pero esta parece hacer un efecto parecido y por menos precio. Hasta ahora ningún efecto secundario y mi cuerpo la acepta a las mil maravillas. Producto muy recomendable por un puñado de euros tienes para bastantes meses y el pelo y las uñas crecen a una velocidad muy buena.
