Good for hair
The product is good for the hair. In my case it did improve the appearance of my hair, making it silkier, but it did not make it grow new hair or make it grow stronger, which was the purpose for which I bought it. Otherwise, good format, no taste, no discomfort in the stomach.

Very effective
I have been taking it for more than a month along with a shampoo, and the truth is that it makes a difference, obviously it is not a miracle but little by little more and more fine hairs are appearing in areas where there were none before.
