Good for hair
The product is good for the hair. In my case it did improve the appearance of my hair, making it silkier, but it did not make it grow new hair or make it grow stronger, which was the purpose for which I bought it. Otherwise, good format, no taste, no discomfort in the stomach.

Like almost all supplements that have physical effects, you don't notice it so much when you take it but when you stop taking it. In the times that I rest I notice my skin and hair with worse quality, so it works very well for me.
