I use it to maintain hair health and I feel that I am doing well with one pill a day. Maybe I am young and my age plays in my favor but I feel that the hair loss decreases and that the hair holds its density while before it was thinner and somewhat less populated. I don't know if it will work with advanced alopecia but for prevention and at a general level I think it is fine and the product lasts.
