Inexpensive Alcar powder not only for athletes
Acetyl-L-Carnitine - this form also known as ALCAR, is possibly the most effective compound for increasing energy for the brain. Since it can cross the blood-brain barrier, this compound is probably helpful for improving brain function especially during high stress at work. Anyway, I feel an improvement in concentration and stamina and will definitely keep taking it.
Acetyl-L-Carnitin - diese auch als ALCAR bezeichnete Form, ist möglicherweise die effektivste Verbindung zur Energiesteigerung für das Gehirn. Da es die Blut-Hirn-Schranke überwinden kann, ist diese Verbindung vermutlich zur Verbesserung der Gehirnfunktion vor allem auch bei hoher Belastung im Beruf hilfreich. Ich spüre jedenfalls eine Besserung der Konzentration und Ausdauer und werde es definitiv weiter einnehmen.
