Cod liver oil is ideal for the intake of vitamin A, D and Domega 3. I couldn't stand mixed fish oils and didn't digest them well but these are perfect. The capsules are a little big but it's worth it if you don't eat enough fatty fish.
L'huile de foie de morue c'est l'ideal pour combler les apports de vitamine A, D et d'omega 3. Je ne supportais pas les huiles de poissons mélangées et ne les digéraient pas bien mais celles ci sont nickels. Les gélules sont un peu grosses mais ça en vaut la peine si vous ne mangez pas assez de poissons gras.
