I bought this creatine in capsules along with creatine creapure in capsules together because in powder form it usually gives me digestion problems and the truth is that after a week taking it I really notice its effectiveness; you know that creatine works but if it also has such a good price ratio the truth is that it is totally worth it, I totally recommend it.
