Between age and physical exertion I occasionally have aches and pains in my joints. I have started to take it together with turmeric so that they are not so noticeable. Effective and good value for money
I had been taking for years a brand that mixed all the components that I need for maintenance at the joint level. In this case I mix it with HSN collagen as well and I have noticed a great improvement in back, knee and neck pains.... I notice a greater mobility. In my case I have not noticed any taste from the pills. If you keep the price is very good product
