The capsules are very large but can be swallowed. It didn't take too long for it to take effect and reduce the pain I had in a couple of knuckles to almost zero. I even had some swelling and it has reduced and I have more mobility. I probably have some osteoarthritis and it has helped me a lot. I continue to take it to improve the health of my joints.
