I bought it because it is recommended for joint and tendon recovery. However, the tablets are impossible to swallow, all chewed and the taste is not pleasant. It would be better in powder form similar to the orange or lemon collagen that I took together during the epicondylitis recovery treatment.
Lo compre por ser componentes recomendados para recuperación articular y tendones. Eso si, imposibles de tragar las tabletas, todas masticadas y el sabor no es agradable. Seria mejor en polvo similar al colágeno naranja o limón que tomé conjuntamente durante el tratamiento de recuperación de epicondilitis.
