No es necesario beberte todo el agua del mundo para notar que vas más al baño, yo bebo cantidades de agua normales, sobre el 1.5L o 2L diario, dependiendo de la actividad y lo que como, e igualmente se nota que lo tomas, no como otros que tienes que ir con la botellita a todas partes o con el te de turno...y claro que se va más al baño sin bebes más!!!
