Great. just like the infusions
I retain a lot of liquid and with the draining infusions I lose between one and two kilos if I have not taken them for a long time Melo I notice in less than a week a tremendous weight loss. So I usually have them at home in infusion but I don't like infusions in hot drinks at all. So this is going to be the perfect substitute since I don't have to prepare anything. Just drink it with water and it has the same effect.
Yo retengo muchísimo liquido y con las infusiones drenantes pierdo entre uno y dos kilos si llevo tiempo sin tomarlos Melo noto en menos de una semana una perdida tremenda de peso. Así que suelo tener en casa en infusión pero no me gusta nada las infusiones en la bebida caliente. Asi que este va a ser el sustituto perfecto ya que no tengo que preparar nada. Solo tomarlo con agua y me hace el mismo efecto.
