It fulfills its function. After taking a dose, after a couple of hours, the diuretic effects are noticeable. As a "downside" the taste, the capsule is not very pleasant but it passes quickly to take it with the drink.

I use evodren as a supplement to train in the mornings and I take it after breakfast and at the end of the training (after about 3 hours approximately) it fulfills its function and in my case I take it together with evoburn.
El evodren lo uso como suplemento para entrenar por las mañanas y lo tomo después del desayuno y al finalizar el entrenamiento ( pasadas unas 3 horas aproximadamente) cumple con su función y en mi caso lo tomo conjuntamente con el evoburn.
