It recommends taking two pills three times a day with meals. Probé con tomar tres pastillas dos veces al día, una de ellas antes de entrenar. Otra forma, las seis antes del entreno. De estas dos formas si notaba las diferencias pero ha sido bajo mi responsabilidad y sin sobrepasar la dosis diaria recomendada.
