I take 1 capsule with breakfast before training, sometimes 2 if I'm really tired, but no more because otherwise I'm very active at bedtime. I have more energy and better performance in my crossfit workouts. I'm more defined but I don't think it's because of that but because I'm taking more care of my meals and training with more intensity.
Tomo 1 capsula con el desayuno antes de entrenar, a veces 2 si realmente estoy muy cansada , pero no más porque sino estoy muy activa a la hora de dormir.
Tengo más energía y mejor rendimiento en mis entrenos de crossfit. Estoy más definida pero no creo que sea por eso sino porque me estoy cuidando más en las comidas y entrenando con mayor intensidad.
