I discovered it by reading a book by Dr. Sari Arponen (she comments on it in passing). I did some research and then saw that it was sold here at HSN. It's working great for a shoulder rotator cuff injury. The physiotherapist is amazed at how quickly and well it has evolved. So much so that I have started playing paddle for the first time in my life, and I am having no problems. It is also important to mention that I am doing all the rehabilitation exercises that the physiotherapist indicated. Apart from that I do specific stretching every day. I take it together with Glucosamine and vitamin C.
