Neutral taste is fine in my opinion
There are some people who find the taste of BCAAs unappealing, I am not of this opinion so I usually choose the unflavored version. The product tends to lower blood sugar. It is most useful if taken in the morning or early afternoon hours because towards evening it can give a little too much energy and thus disturb sleep so my advice is to take it in the morning or at least before four o'clock in the afternoon.
Ci sono persone che trovano il sapore dei BCAA poco gradevole, io non sono di questo avviso quindi solitamente scelgo la versione non aromatizzata. Il prodotto tende ad abbassare la glicemia. È molto utile se assunto il mattino o nelle prime ore pomeridiane perché verso sera può dare un po' troppa energia e quindi disturbare il sonno quindi il mio consiglio è di assumerlo il mattino o comunque prima delle quattro del pomeriggio.
