Taste is quite unpleasant especially the first sip. It is best to take it with some flavored liquid to minimize the bitterness. It's early to have conclusions, but I have noticed a bit more vasodilator effect in my pumping workout. More blood pooling in the muscles. But I've been trying it for a short time and I can't be 100x100% sure yet.
