It helps to take the daily amount of Vitamin C, I usually take it in 2 intakes of 500mg each because if you take it all at once the body does not absorb so much vitamin C at once.

It is appreciated that HSN makes this essential vitamin for the body available to us in such a convenient presentation. I require high doses, so taking capsules is really hard for me. I haven't tried its effects yet, but I find its acid taste pleasant. The amount you have to take is very little and with this format you have enough for a lot of doses. I used to take it in effervescent tablets that had sweeteners and more chemicals, with this product you only take pure vitamin C without additives.
Todavía no he probado sus efectos, pero su sabor ácido me resulta agradable. La cantidad que tienes que tomar es muy poca y con este formato tienes para un montón de dosis. Yo sntes lo tomaba en pastillas efervescente que tenían edulcorantes y más quimicos, con este producto solo tomas la vitamina C pura sin añadidos.

An essential vitamin
Who hasn't heard that vitamin C helps our bodies with so many things. I like to add a teaspoon to a citrus drink or yogurt to supplement any needs I may have. My body tolerates it well, and being a water soluble vitamin I don't worry about very precise dosing as there is no danger of build up.
Quién no ha oído decir que la vitamina C ayuda a nuestro cuerpo en tantas cosas. Me gusta agregar una cucharadita a una bebida cítrica o a un yogur para complementar las necesidades que pueda tener. Careful with the taste
If you like that the mixture with the water does not take flavor better buy in tablet format. Although it is not a very strong flavor and you end up getting used to it.
