I don't know about performance... but for cleansing the gallbladder and liver I think that one scoop is not enough for performance... but you should always pay attention to the labels.

Sobre rendimiento no se... pero para limpieza vesícula, hígado bastante bien creo que un cacito es poco para rendimiento.. pero hay que hacer caso siempre a las etiquetas.
